Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with the claim review process.

If approved, we will provide a replacement product or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened food products,
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery,
  • Products reported after the 7-day reporting period.
