STANDARD SHIPPING
Within the continental United States, standard shipping typically takes 3–9 business days.

All standard shipments are sent free of charge via FedEx or USPS.
If expedited shipping options are available, they will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time are typically shipped the same business day.

Transit times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is currently available only to Canada.

U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam, are considered international shipping destinations.

Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 2–3 weeks.

IMPORTANT:
Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
UPS or FedEx may collect applicable fees upon delivery.

RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS
Unless an item arrives defective or damaged, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved and a discounted return shipping label is provided by Kernelia, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
