Kernelia – Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS
You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected for condition and possible damage.
If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated promptly.

If any damage, defect, or condition preventing resale is identified, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the total purchase amount may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated
- For food products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations
- Promotional or discounted items may be subject to additional return conditions
